Bums & Tums/Body Tone/Firm Bodies/Kettlebells

These classes contain some aerobic work and a wide range of exercises for particular muscles, upper & lower body. With the optional use of hand weights and multi-muscle combinations you can work to your own level within the class. Each session will include a section of work on the abdominals(stomach) and lower back which will aid good posture.
