Our workouts are suited to a wide range of fitness levels and abilities. Group cycling with a teacher This class is an excellent cardiovascular workout, energetic & motivating. We will try to make you feel that you are in the great outdoors. To protect your bums cycling shorts are a good idea!! It’s a great fun, guarantees a sweat!
Aqua Class Schedule
Working out in water is a class that will provide resistance as well as support and cushioning. With ‘no impact’ you will find that less stress on your joins is one of the main benefits. A class suitable for those returning to exercise, or if you require a lighter workout. It is also hard enough for the energetic exerciser!
