The Abbey Sports & Leisure Club team of teachers provide the inspiration for a timetable of classes that are safe, effective and fun! Our workouts are suited to a wide range of fitness levels and abilities. If you are unsure about which classes to attend please do not hesitate to speak to the teacher or a member of gym staff who will be more than pleased to advise you.
These classes are based upon group training at their best! With intervals of aerobic training (hear & lungs) and endurance stations(muscles) and boxing drills in our Box Fit class a thorough body workout is the end result….how hard the class is depends entirely on you. Enjoy an all round workout.
We are currently putting together a class timetable that can safely be delivered in accordance with social distancing measures.

Measures will include strictly limiting the number of people in each class. And having a minimum 10 minute gap between classes to allow for cleaning.
