Maintenance manager (3 Days Per week

Abbey Sports & Leisure is seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Manager to help maintain our facilities to the highest standard.

This is a part-time position working 3 days per week and is ideal for someone with a strong maintenance background who takes pride in their work and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

General building and facility maintenance
Painting and decorating throughout the club
Carrying out minor repairs and preventative maintenance
Ensuring all areas remain safe, clean, and presentable
Reporting and monitoring maintenance issues
Assisting with ongoing improvement projects

Essential Requirements

Previous maintenance or facilities experience
Ability to carry out painting and decorating to a professional standard
Good practical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
A proactive and positive attitude
