With expert guidance from our professional gym team we can help put a personalised exercise routine together that helps you achieve your fitness goals.
Taught by some of the best instructors out there our fitness classes range from easy to follow workouts through to advanced step and the latest indoor cycling routines.
If all of the gym and fitness classes leave you breathless, why not work out in our bespoke female only gym, perfect for those returning to exercise after long periods or injury. They are a great alternative to conventional exercise.
Our sumptuous pool complex provides members with a haven of relaxation and the chance to forget the worries of the day. Whether you want a swim, jacuzzi, sauna or steam room session, you will find it all here at Abbey Sports & Leisure.
Members are welcome to bring their children under the age of 16 swimming during set times at weekends free of charge. The times are between 1pm-4pm Saturday & Sunday 10am-1pm.
